Public Notices
Once the notices have been sent to the list of officials, etc. and 30 days have past, it is important to send them a final letter documenting that they have by default accepted your declarations. This letter also needs to be sent by registered post. You can download the sample letter and front page below. This needs to have been sent and received, before the public notice below can be published:
